We deeply appreciate the involvement of professionals in our judging process and strive to make the experience valuable. Judges benefit from enhanced reputation, networking opportunities, market insights, and more.

We are looking for independent and knowledgeable individuals to evaluate applications in our categories and score them remotely. Previous judges have found the experience rewarding and our paperless system easy to use. When selecting the final judging panel, we consider industry expertise, geographic diversity, and inclusivity to ensure a well-rounded and representative group of professionals.

Our 2025 Programme
In 2025, we are taking our awards program to new heights, celebrating even more outstanding products, organizations, and individuals shaping the future of digital education worldwide. This year, we present 15 categories, each recognizing exceptional people, platforms, and services across various sectors.

Entries are now open and will close at the end of July. Judges will then have two weeks to review submissions and make their final decisions. The winners will be announced during our live-streamed Awards Ceremony on July 4th, 2025, where we will unveil the judges' selections.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the judging scoring work?We have an independent voting Jury that has an online system to view entries and make their judging scores online. We have an initial round to select entries to proceed and then each is judged in three areas: 1) Strategy, Idea or Purpose; 2) Market position; 3) Success stories and data.

Is my entry information confidential?All Judges and team members sign confidentiality statements. Your entry gives us permission to use your name, logo and summary should you be shortlisted for an award.

Can I enter multiple awards?Yes. Our awards all have the same competitive fee per application.

When is the awards ceremony?We are not having a traditional black tie event as this is a global award. We will have a live stream ceremony on November 15th and will post you your awards. We will leave the online ceremony video available for you to share.

What are the prizes?All winners will receive a physical award, along with exposure through our social media and website. All shortlisted applications will receive a certificate, and judge's scoring feedback on your submission.

Do you have tips for my entry?Please write clearly and simply. Make sure your entry includes the most important parts and that you have the best success story and data available. Please test your links and content are working and have no errors. A video is not compulsory but we will need photos and your logo.
